Welcome to Six Feet Over!
Six Feet Over is a non-profit organization that prevents suicide and helps individuals heal in the wake of suicide loss in Michigan.
By educating individuals and cultivating awareness about mental illness and suicide, as well as assisting individuals with the resources they need, at the time they need them most, Six Feet Over is enabling Michigan communities to prevent, intervene, and heal from suicide, improving our public health for current and future generations.

Six Feet Over can provide information and resources, financial assistance to those who have lost a loved one, and speakers for events in the Detroit community.

The greatest benefit we offer is assistance to families who recently lost loved ones to suicide. The unexpected costs of losing a loved one can make the grieving process even more difficult, so we coordinate direct donations to those families.

We are a non-profit organization servicing the great state of Michigan. We work to strengthen our community by spreading awareness and educating others about mental illness and suicide prevention, supporting and advocating on behalf of those in need, and connecting them with resources.
