Why are you involved with Six Feet Over?

Because I’m passionate about helping those who are in need of support

What emotional reasons?

I’m an attempt survivor and feel giving back is so important to my own growth and also being a good human is kickass.

What’s your day job?

I’m the Founding Supervisor at the Crisis Text Line.

Who is your hero?

I try to be my own hero

What do you like to do in your free time?

I have a family, hubs, 2 sons and 3 dogs. I also blog which is fun.

What really burns your biscuit?

When someone says that suicide is selfish. I get all flared nostrils and pursed lips before responding.

What’s your favorite quote?

“Fear is the cock blocker of dreams.”

We are a non-profit organization servicing the great state of Michigan. We work to strengthen our community by spreading awareness and educating others about mental illness and suicide prevention, supporting and advocating on behalf of those in need, and connecting them with resources.
